United Arab Emirates Shipping & Delivery​

We offer free delivery within the UAE for orders over AED 300.

October Avenue delivers within the UAE from 11:00 AM GST, 7 days a week. Orders under AED 300 are charged AED 18 delivery fee; orders over AED 300 are delivered free of charge.
We offer Same Day Delivery within Dubai and Abu Dhabi city limits for orders placed before 08:00 AM GST, and Next Day Delivery across the UAE for orders placed before 12:00 PM GST.

Please note, that we ship all over the United Arab Emirates with the exception of restricted areas - covering all Emirates including Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Fujairah, Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah. We are working to ship internationally in the future.

We ship and deliver within 5 - 7 Business Days to GCC & MENA region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt); UK & EU region (Netherlands, Ireland). Orders above AED 500 outside the UAE: Free Shipping. Orders below AED 500 outside the UAE: AED 150 to GCC & MENA region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt); AED 180 to UK & EU region (Netherlands, Ireland).

Processing & Handling

All orders are processed and shipped from our facility within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, orders within the UAE may take 2–5 days to arrive, and 5 - 7 days outside the UAE, not including processing time. Tracking notification emails are sent as soon as the order is processed, not shipped.

Once a package is picked up and scanned in by our carrier, the shipping and delivery status is no longer within our control; we are unable to replace missing or stolen packages at this time. Please reach out directly to the courier for missing or stolen packages.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

Local deliveries are facilitated by our shipping partners – including but not limited to Jeebly.
Free shipping options are available subject to a minimum cart value.

The shipping options and estimated delivery timelines are as indicated below.

• United Arab Emirates Shipping & Delivery: Delivery within 1-2 Business Days (All Emirates).
  Orders placed before 12 PM local time are in most cases delivered next day, with our standard shipping. We also offer a same-day shipping option for orders placed before 8 AM local time should you prefer to receive your shipment on the same day.

• Regional and International Shipping & Delivery​: Delivery within 5 - 7 Business Days to GCC & MENA region (Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt); UK & EU region (Netherlands, Ireland).​

We offer up to three delivery attempts for each order. If the customer remains non-responsive or does not clarify the delivery location after these attempts, the items will be returned to the area of origin.

If your order is returned to the area of origin after failed delivery attempts, you will be responsible for:

• Any additional charges for re-delivery, or
• Picking up the order from our designated location.

We will contact you with further instructions should this occur.
