Returns
All of our products are carefully crafted and inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded.
However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to October Avenue within 3 days of delivery. In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candles for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery.
Otherwise, returns and/or exchanges are not accepted.

To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned to us within 3 days of Order receipt while meeting the following conditions:
- Items must be unaltered, unused and in full sellable condition (or the condition in which they were received from us).
- Items must be in their original packaging and with all brand and product labels/tags/instructions still attached.
- The return must be accompanied by the original Order confirmation.
- We will provide a replacement in case of production defects or damage during shipping.
- Please contact us within 3 days of delivery for replacement.
- Please note that variations in screen resolutions may cause slight differences in the size, color, and texture of items as they appear online compared to their actual appearance. These variations do not constitute imperfections or defects.
Returns Process

with details of the product you want to return along with the order confirmation number. Once we have reviewed and approved your return request, you can choose to either send the product(s) to our location in Dubai, or we can arrange to have it picked up from you at an additional cost of AED 15 if you live in the United Arab Emirates, or AED 200 if you live outside the United Arab Emirates.
Refund Process
Refunds will only be processed after completing the Return Process and the item/s returned have been approved. After approval, we will issue a refund of the full value of the returned undamaged items (excluding, the original delivery charges and cash-handling fees). Your refund will be processed within 15 working days via the following methods:
- Credit & Debit Card payments are refunded back to the card used in the purchase.
- Cash on Delivery payments are refunded as store credit.
- PayPal payments are refunded to your PayPal account.
Item Return Policies
Damaged Goods and Incorrectly-Fulfilled Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged or not the product you ordered, please arrange for return of the item to us using the Returns Process above. The item must be returned in the same condition you received it in within 3 days of receipt to qualify for a full refund. Replacements may be available depending on stock.
Packaging
Please take care to preserve the condition of any product packaging as, for example, damaged boxes may restrict re-sale and may mean that we cannot give you a full refund. Our agents may ask to inspect returned items at the point of collection but the initial inspection does not constitute a guarantee of your eligibility for a full refund.
Gifted Items
Gifted items and items in gift orders can only be returned with a refund given to the purchaser of the gift.
Exchanges
We are not currently able to offer Exchanges. Instead, all items should follow the returns process, and a new Order placed for the replacement items.
We reserve the right to monitor returns and to refuse orders from customers with excessive returns levels.
